Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer different shipping methods depending on your location to ensure the best balance between speed and cost.

3. International Shipping, Customs, and Taxes

We ship internationally to most countries.

Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. M&R Stores is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Currency: All prices and shipping costs are processed in Euros (€).

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also track your package directly on our website through the Track Your Order page.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, please ensure your local postal service accepts deliveries from private couriers.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

M&R Stores is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
